Embroidered patterns 10, 11 and 12 

Here are the explanations of the following embroidered patterns

The colors used are mentioned for information only

The stems are embroidered with stem stitch 1 thread and the leaves in Cretan stitch with 2 threads.

The flowers are embroidered with blanket stitch 1 thread and hearts with French knots 2 threads and 1 wrap. Add some straight stitches 1 thread of the same color at the base of each petal.

Strawberries are embroidered with long and short stitch 1 thread. Add 3 lazy daisy stitches with 2 threads for the small leaves. Remember to make a split backstitch 1 thread around the patterns before embroidering.

I used DMC stranded cotton 3345 and 989 for the stems and the leaves, white and 725 for the flowers. The strawberries are made with House of Embroidery stranded cotton Autumn 13.

After making the split backstitch with 1 thread around the ladybird, fill each wing longitudinally with straight stitches 2 threads. Then embroider the satin stitch with 1 thread perpendicular to the padding taking care to respect the separation between the wings.

Embroider a straight stitch 1 thread between the wings and 6 French knots 1 thread and 1 wrap distributed over the satin stitch of the wings. Finish by embroidering a French knot 2 threads 2 wraps for the head and small straight stitches 1 thread for the legs and the antennas.

I used DMC 666 and 310 stranded cotton.

This flower is made of 5 large lazy daisy stitches with 2 threads and 5 leaf stitches made with 7mm silk ribbon. Finish with a French knot 2 threads and 2 wraps in the center.

The colors used are DMC stranded cotton 3687 and House of Embroidery Plum 23C silk ribbon 7mm.
