Embroider the outline of the adbomen with  split back stitch 1 thread then fill longitudinally with straights stitches 3 threads.

Embroider atop the filling  transversely with satin stitch 1 thread. To obtain very regular stripes, embroider both colors alternately always maintaining the same number of rows ( 7 in this case).

Complete the abdomen alternating both colors as smooth as possible.

Embroider the outside of the wings with back stitch  2 threads

Embroider the wings with detached buttonhole stitch  1 thread

Embroider circularly a row of stitches in Turkish work with 3 threads to delimit the edge of the head

Fill entirely the surface with very close loops then cut, smooth out and trim to desired length.

Embroider the legs with lazy daisy stitch 2 threads and the antennae with straight stitch 1 thread.

Add 2 golden beads for the eyes and some French knots figuring pollen grains along the legs
