As in previous articles, to make the work easier, I’ve favored numbering the petals with large photos to distinguish easily the color placement. These are listed below the image.
As explained above, I chose to add a new light gray thread. Using a 1-thread backstitch, It separates the petals from each other when necessary. I never use it on the outer edges of the petals.

The leaf in the background is embroidered with colors 369, 3813, and 3842. The intermediate leaf is embroidered with color 741 and, the leaf and stem in front of the work are embroidered with colors 415 and 3021.
