First, here is a piece of information:

A page has been added to the downloadable design file which now contains two pages, one with the design and the other with the numbering needed to follow the instructions easily.

This will force people who have already downloaded the project to do so again and I am sorry for that.

 

 

 

Leaves

You will not find detailed explanations for each leaf but I will publish in each article the groups of leaves to embroider with the proposed flowers.

The work of the leaves is explained in the first chapter of this project. Using the group of greens with a yellow tendency or the one with a blue tendency, you are free to mix the colors according to your choice by using the embroidery work explained in the previous article.

After wrapping each petal with a split backstitch, fill in the back petals of the flower with long and short stitch 1 thread alternating colors 606 and 608 as shown in the photo.

Shade the embroidered petals with color 606 by adding a few stitches with color 814.

Add a few stitches with color 636 in the petals embroidered with color 608.

After also edging each petal at the front of the flower with split backstitch, fill it in part with color 967 as shown in the photo.

Finish the petals by adding the color 3340.

Embroider the heart of the flower with satin stitch and the bluest variegated color (18).

To finish, distribute a few French knots 2 threads 1 wrap with the color 747 over the heart and bottom of the petals.

Embroider the outline of the flower with split backstitch using color 352 and the separations between the petals with color 814.

Begin making the petals with the outer edge and color 352.

Continue embroidering the petals adding color 350 and ending with color 321.

Finish the center of the flower with a ribbed spider web surrounded by 6 lazy daisy stitches, all with color 470 and a single thread.
