The leaves are embroidered in leaf stitch with 1 thread.
The flowers are embroidered with Colonial knots in perle cotton n°8. First of all, embroider the edge of each flower ball to differentiate the colors. To get a nice rendering, fill the inside of the flowers in a circular way.
The leaves are embroidered with House of Embroidery stranded cotton Periwinkle 7 or with DMC cotton floss 368.
The flowers are embroidered with House of Embroidery perle cotton n°8 Hydrangeas 18 (the 3 colors) or with DMC coton floss Color Variations 4180 and 4215 ( use 3 threads).
The Hydrangeas are now complete
