Lazy Daisy<\/strong>\u00a0is the common name for the\u00a0detached chain stitch, which is a looped stitch that can be worked alone or in groups.\u00a0It is mostly used to make petals and leaves.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Start by bringing your needle to the front at point 1. Then take the needle to the back at \u00a0the same point 1 keeping the thread under your thumb and making a loop. Bring the needle to the front at the tip of the stitch at point 2. Pull the thread through.
